CareerEagle is an ecommerce websuite where we sell and deliver our own books and learning materials. We are committed to providing a transparent, safe, and reliable shipping experience for all customers.

Orders are processed on business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Order confirmations and dispatch updates are shared via email or SMS once processing is completed.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on the customer’s location. Metro regions generally experience faster deliveries, while remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. External factors such as festivals, weather conditions, and courier operational issues may cause delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for physical books are calculated at checkout based on destination and cart value. Shipping is not applicable to digital products such as ebooks, PDFs, or online content.
4. Digital Deliveries
For digital books and downloadable content:
- There is no physical shipment.
- Access is provided through email or account dashboard.
- For delivery issues or access assistance, customers may contact support.
5. Courier & Tracking
CareerEagle ships through trusted courier partners for physical book orders. After dispatch, tracking details are shared with customers through email or SMS, allowing them to follow their shipment status.
6. Packaging Standards
All books are shipped using secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure products arrive safely without damage during transit.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including a working phone number and correct postal code. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delivery failures or delays.
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on service area policies. If the recipient is unavailable or if verification requirements are incomplete, the shipment may return to origin.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If a package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers may refuse delivery or accept with photographic proof. In such cases, timely contact with our support team is recommended for resolution.
10. Service Coverage
CareerEagle currently focuses on domestic deliveries within India. International shipping may be introduced at a later stage, after which this policy will be updated accordingly.
