This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, governing access to and use of goldspinelearning.com ("Website," "Site," or "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by GoldSpine Learning Private Limited, having its registered office at Ratapur, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India ("GoldSpine Learning," "We," "Us," or "Our").

For the purpose of these Terms, "You," "Your," or "User" means any person who accesses, browses, registers, or transacts on the Platform.

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. By using the Platform, You also agree to Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, as amended from time to time.

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• If You transact on behalf of an organisation or institution, You represent that You have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account & Registration

• You may browse the Platform without creating an account; however, certain features such as checkout, wishlists, or order tracking may require registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and all activities carried out through Your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. Products & Orders

• The Platform offers educational books, eBooks, flashcards, reference sheets, and learning kits across multiple educational categories.

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of Our knowledge but may occasionally contain errors.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information and cancel affected orders, with a full refund where applicable.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

• We may refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Payments may be made using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible orders.

• For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or removal of the COD facility.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.

• Ownership and risk for physical products transfer upon successful delivery.

• Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or through Your customer account.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Our separate Refund Policy.

• Digital products, once delivered or downloaded, are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or specifically stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All Platform content, including books, eBooks, flashcards, illustrations, layouts, logos, graphics, product photography, branding, and website design, is owned by GoldSpine Learning or its licensors.

• Purchasing a product grants You a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

• Unauthorised copying or distribution may result in account termination and legal action.
