Partial Payment (Advance + Cash on Delivery) Policy

At GoldSpine Learning, We offer a Partial Payment (Advance + Cash on Delivery) option to make shopping more convenient while helping reduce fraudulent and unconfirmed orders. By selecting this payment option, You agree to the terms outlined below.

1. How Partial Payment Works

With Partial Payment, Your order total is divided into two parts:

• Advance Payment: A portion of the order value is paid online during checkout.

• Remaining Balance: The balance can be paid online before delivery or in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery, where available.

2. Payment Structure

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance of ₹100 (or any amount displayed at checkout) is collected when the order is placed.

• Remaining Amount – Online: The balance may be paid through UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallet, or any other payment method offered by Us before delivery.

• Remaining Amount – Cash on Delivery: If available, the balance may be paid directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

3. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

After confirmation, You will receive:

• Order confirmation.

• Advance payment receipt.

• Order summary.

• Details of the remaining balance payable.

• Payment instructions where applicable.

4. Delivery Process

If You choose Cash on Delivery for the remaining amount:

• Please inspect the outer packaging before making payment.

• If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, You may refuse delivery.

• Once the order is accepted and payment is completed, it will be treated as successfully delivered.

If You pay the remaining balance online before delivery:

• No additional payment will be required at the time of delivery.

• Simply receive and accept Your order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Advance Payment

• The advance payment becomes non-refundable after 24 hours from the time the order is placed, as it covers order processing and operational costs.

Remaining Balance Paid Online

• Fully refundable if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

• If the order has already been shipped, refunds will be processed in accordance with Our Refund Policy. Return shipping or handling charges may be deducted where applicable.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed after two reasonable delivery attempts:

• The order may be cancelled.

• The advance payment will be forfeited.

• Any remaining balance paid online will be refunded after applicable deductions, if any.

6. Promotional Offers

• Discount coupons, promotional offers, cashback offers, or special pricing may not apply to Partial Payment orders unless specifically stated.

• The advance payment amount remains fixed and cannot be reduced using coupons or promotional credits.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By choosing the Partial Payment option, You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information.

• Pay the remaining balance within the applicable timeline.

• Be available to receive the shipment at the delivery address provided.

• Cooperate with Our delivery partners during successful delivery.

8. Right to Refuse Partial Payment

GoldSpine Learning reserves the right to disable or refuse the Partial Payment option for any order or customer at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Repeated order cancellations.

• Repeated refusal of deliveries.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Misuse of the Partial Payment facility.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Our business practices or legal requirements.

Any updates will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Partial Payment facility after such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Policy.
